Willow Jackson

Willow Jackson is a proud Oaklander who loves advocating for the rights of children and people with disabilities. Willow has been inspired by the strength and spirit of one of the great legends of the African American community:  Sojourner Truth.  It is appropriate, then, that she just graduated from Sojourner Truth High School in Oakland!   Willow is also inspired by the lives of the many women in her life, including her grandmothers, aunties, godmother, and mother. Willow loves to spend time caring for children and animals. She is the dedicated guardian of several pets, and dreams of becoming a veterinarian or animal trainer.
