Evaluation Services

Urban Strategies Council offers culturally-responsive evaluation services to non-profit organizations that focus on serving the African American and Latino Communities of the East Bay.  As part of a larger organization dedicated to equity and health justice, we partner with service-based groups to assess program impact, improve service delivery, and amplify community voices.  Using mixed-methods approaches, we co-create evaluation plans that honor lived experience and local context.  Our goal is to support organizations in demonstrating effectiveness, securing funding and driving systemic change, while promoting compassion, healing, and understanding for historically marginalized communities.
