André Smith

André is one of Urban Strategies most dedicated Trusted Messengers.  He is committed to mentoring and empowering youth through community-based programming. With a passion for building strong, positive relationships, he works closely with young people to provide guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate personal, academic, and social challenges.

 

In addition to serving as a Trusted Messenger, in his work as a Community Programs Associate, André plays a key role in coordinating and supporting community events (outreach, logistics, and on-site engagement) to ensure that programs run smoothly and create a welcoming space for

families and community members.

Through this combination of relationship-building and hands-on program support, André helps to foster positive experiences that empower our youth and uplifts the broader community.
