Oakland Community After School Alliance (OCASA)

The Council is a founding member and serves as fiscal and administrative agent for OCASA. 

Formed in 2002, the Oakland Community After School Alliance (OCASA) is a community collaborative of after-school service providers.  OCASA brings together a wide range of community-based organizations, service providers, and caring individuals in an effort to galvanize interest, support and resources for promoting after school and other youth development programs for children, youth and their families in Oakland.
