Neighborhood Crime Prevention Councils

The City of Oakland Neighborhood Services Division and the Oakland Police Department operate NCPCs across the city in each police beat. The NCPCs bring community members together by beat to work together, and in partnership with OPD to solve problems. There are 53 NCPCs in the City. They also emphasize leadership development, skill building, and the strengthening of relationships among residents.

For more information, please contact (510) 238-2093. The map below shows the location of NCPC meetings.
