The Urban Strategies Council is working with the San Antonio Neighborhood Network (SANN) to strengthen its organizational capacity. SANN was established as part of Annie E. Casey Foundation's Making Connections Initiative in the Lower San Antonio neighborhood of Oakland.
We are providing technical assistance to the SANN board, governing committee and staff coordinator. This work involves providing technical assistance in the areas of facilitation, strategic planning, effective collaboration, resident engagement, and building the capacity of participating organizations and community residents so that they can eventually sustain the work on their own.
