The Council has been assisting CBOs, public agencies and opther partners with their program evaluations for many years, we offer an independent, expert evaluation service for anything from small nonprofit programs for grant reporting up to large government randomized trial studies with intensive statistical analysis. Our staff are not only experts in statistical analysis, spatial analysis and data management but we are very practical and applied in our approach. We can help setup your data collection systems in house or online, develop complex relational databases or help you maop your programs for geographic coverage and accessibility.Our staff members have experience with almost all the current GIS tools and offer an un-biased perspective on the strengths and weaknesses of all the systems currently available on the market. Our current flagship project is a large randomized trial run by the Alameda County Probation Department that seeks to reduce recidivism amongst 18-25 year old probationers in Oakland and Hayward.
