Casey Local Learning Partnership (LLP)

The Annie E. Casey Foundation selected Urban Strategies Council as the lead organization for the Local Learning Partnership for the Lower San Antonio Making Connections Initiative. The job of the Local Learning Partner is to support the work of the Making Connections Initiative in using data and research. The Local Learning Partnership provides process documentation for the initiative, developed a data warehousing and mapping service, and provide learning support to the Lower San Antonio Collaborative members community's to build their capacities on any issues of need, including collection, analysis and use information for action.

As of January 2008, Urban Strategies is no longer associated with the Making Connections Oakland Initiative. We maintain our presence in the community and continue to work with our partners to achieve our common goals of revitalizing the San Antonio district and improving the outcomes for all residents in the neighborhood.
