23rd Avenue Corridor Community Planning

As a part of our Making Connections work, we are working with the Lower San Antonio Collaborative to develop a neighborhood plan for retail, housing, school and cultural center development in the area around International Blvd. and 23rd Ave. We are supporting the work group in developing a scenario planning process and an organizing campaign for merchants and residents in the area, and are providing technical assistance to ensure the inclusion of the plan's components in the initial Implementation Plan for the Central City East Redevelopment Project Area.
