Celebrating the Community Benefits at Oak to 9th

The Oak to 9th Community Benefits Coalition, which includes three resident organizations made up of hundreds of families in the Chinatown, Eastlake and Lower San Antonio neighborhoods, successfully negotiated the inclusion of 465 units of affordable housing in this 3100-unit condominium development and 300 career placements in the construction trades. Here is their statement on these accomplishments.
