Outcomes Development Process
Agenda for September 12 Collaborative Meeting
- Concern about whether we need to devote time to the outcome development process.
- Pat raised issue about resident engagement and participation in collaborative meetings.
- This should be discussed after the completion of the outcomes.
- We should try to be more issue oriented in order to make collaborative meetings more conducive to resident engagement.
Agenda Items:
- Urban Ecology Report back
- Work group report back from NCDI
- Jennifer asking for feedback
- Timeline is difficult- It is hard to get time in a regular meeting
- (No NCDI consultant designated to the newspaper- Karen has offered to pull together a focus group on the newspaper)
- What kind of neighborhood sign off do we need?
- Should consider holding October collaborative meeting on October 24th for ratification. After October 24 th, we should get collaborative members to take outcomes to constituencies for input. Should also post on the Urban Strategies Council’s website and send a message out on the listserve noting that the outcomes are available on-line and in hard copy. Planning meeting on October 31 st to go over constituency input and return to NCDI
