- Two investors have bought the Bank of America building on 23 rd Avenue and plan to build eight condos.
- Mr. Kim will sign the Merchant MOU and the Laundry mat will open in the spring.

- The next 23 rd Town hall meeting will happen during the ESAA’s grand opening of the Community Cultural Center
